The Senior SharePoint Application Developer reports to the Manager of Application Development and is responsible for building solutions that are aligned with the long-term Knowledge Sharing strategy of the Firm.

The firm views this work ideal for a Sharepoint Developer with exceptional communication skills and ideas in bringing together existing processes to enhance user experiences across Business Units. This is a high profile role with the focus on UI custom solutions and front-end design.

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

Manage projects of medium to high complexity using standard business analysis and project management methodologies.
Design and implement integrations between core systems.
Develop custom applications and SharePoint content following industry and SharePoint best practices.
Customize and enhance third-party platforms and applications.
Manage third party platforms and communicate with vendor representatives.

MQ SYSTEMS/ADMINISTRATOR ANALYST

Conducted MQ design reviews with application developers to determine message flow and MQ details needed for implementation. Conducted and analyzed development stress tests with applications in UAT environment to resolve problems prior to Production implementation. Post implementation, set up performance monitoring on queues to generate alerts based on message volume and flow criteria advised by application staff responsible for the message queues.

• Conducted problem determination by collecting error logs, dumps and stats

• Presented to Senior management weekly generated production MQ statistical charts

Improved the process of MQ object requests by designing, creating, and implementing custom web based request forms using Microsoft InfoPath on SharePoint site.

AML DATA ANALYST

Provides technical assistance to auditors and consultants in the analysis of client data in a secure and efficient manner.

Interprets raw-data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to support Business Analysts.

Develop tools (ASP.NET) and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Filter and “clean” data by implementing Visual Basic Macros and SQL Scripts.

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Ability to assess and manage technology, supporting the financial crimes program with acting as a liaison between compliance and technology departments

Experience working with SQL Queries and oversight of data program while being able to test program to test for inaccuracies/inefficiencies
